Pet Walking/Transportation Service Agreement
Introduction:
This agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between the individual (referred to interchangeably as the “Client” or “Pet Owner”) and Woof & Move LLC, a pet care company providing dog walking and transportation services. By signing below or emailing a written agreement, the Client acknowledges having read, fully understood, and accepted the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
Services Provided:
Woof & Move LLC’s comprehensive service includes pick up, walk/play, and drop off, spanning approximately 5 hours. The schedule and frequency will be determined by the Owner at the time of booking.
Curbside Pickup/Drop-off:
For added convenience, our dedicated team will pick up and drop off pets at the curbside address listed in the profile unless otherwise specified.
Payment:
All payments for pet walking and transportation services are due before the client’s departure date, accepted through various methods at booking.
Liabilities:
- Off-leash Dog(s):
The client acknowledges that the Client’s dog(s) may be off-leash in designated, fenced, and legal-for-dogs areas (e.g., dog parks) to provide maximum exercise and play. Woof & Move LLC will not be held liable for any incidents, except in cases of gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct. - Fights or Injuries:
Woof & Move LLC and its contracted staff are not responsible for any animal(s) initiating fights or sustaining injuries while under their care. However, Woof & Move LLC is committed to taking necessary actions to prevent aggressive interactions and promptly remove Client’s dog(s) from potential altercations. - Unsafe Pet(s):
Woof & Move LLC retains the discretion to cease services if the client’s pet(s) pose a threat to safety or health. - Animal Emergency or Sickness:
In the event of an animal emergency or sickness, the client will receive immediate notification. Veterinary bills resulting from emergencies are the sole responsibility of the owner. - Injury to Dog Walker or Another Person:
The client assumes responsibility for any medical expenses and damages resulting from injuries caused by their pet(s). - Vaccinations:
It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that their dog’s vaccinations are up-to-date for the safety of all parties involved.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation:
Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up. A one-week extension is allowed for make-up walks, subject to availability. - Force Majeure:
If the client discontinues service due to unforeseen circumstances, Woof & Move LLC will refund the client.
Data Collection and Communication:
Woof & Move LLC collects client data for the purpose of providing pet care services. This includes sending emails and SMS notifications related to service updates, scheduling, and other relevant information. By entering into this agreement, the Client consents to the collection and use of their data for these purposes.
By signing below or emailing a written agreement, the client acknowledges having read, fully understood, and accepted the terms and conditions, including data collection and communication policies.
